I actively identify high-risk children and ensure they receive crucial dental screenings, fluoride varnish applications, and thorough oral hygiene instruction. I administer silver diamine fluoride (SDF) treatment when necessary and confidently refer each child to an appropriate dental home for continued care.

A few things about Me

I work part-time as a dental hygienist and CDHC (Community Dental Health Coordinator) at a medical residency program in Westminster, Colorado. I am looking to expand my preventive dental services by offering mobile services. I earned my bachelor's degree from the University of Colorado School of Dentistry in 1990 and completed the online CDHC certification program at Rio Salado College in August 2019. As a dental hygienist and CDHC, I am committed to addressing my patients' oral health and overall well-being. I am adaptable and ready to face the healthcare and socioeconomic barriers my patients encounter. I leverage my resourcefulness and the expertise gained from the CDHC program to navigate these challenges. My unwavering passion for serving underserved communities drives my actions and ensures I significantly impact their lives.
